Through personalized strategies and exercises, I’ll guide you to develop resilience, take control of your life, and achieve your goals with a clear, empowered mindset.

How are coaching sessions structured?Each session is personalized based on your needs and goals. Typically, sessions last 45 minutes to an hour. We’ll explore your challenges, identify roadblocks, and work through science-backed strategies to overcome them. You'll leave each session with actionable steps to move forward. Sessions are available weekly or bi-weekly depending on your preferences.

How many sessions do I need to see results?Every person is different, but most clients start to see real progress within the first few sessions. I offer an introductory package of 4 sessions to give us time to dive into your challenges and start making noticeable shifts. For deeper transformation, longer-term coaching may be recommended.

How do I get started?Getting started is easy! Book a free consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how I can support you. From there, we can explore the best coaching package for you and set up our first session.

What is your cancellation policy?I understand life can get busy, so I offer flexibility with cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
